Managed hosting
A single service for complete hosting and administration, in a configured environment for the project and operated by SIDECUBE team.
Self-hosting with the administration of the whole environment
We host NVMe storage projects in our own SIDECUBE datacenter, with batteries and generator, connections from several suppliers and dedicated IPs. We manage the application and infrastructure together, with built-in protections for each project.
- Individual configurationWe adjust processes, memory, cache and execution limits according to platform and important operations.
- Individual protectionEach website or app has a dedicated firewall policy and separate WAF rules. The delivery of the pages, the data and the cache have distinct roles with limited access.
- Controlled technical accessInfrastructure management remains with the SIDECUBE team. We do not offer hosting accounts with cPanel or similar panels; access to content is determined separately.
- Monitoring and recoveryAutomatic monitoring is constantly pursuing availability, resources and security. We keep backups in multiple locations and check for restoration.

Hosting is provided exclusively with technical management. The resources and conditions of intervention shall be determined in the tender. We do not offer hosting for email; the subscription is purchased separately from Google Workspace, Microsoft Exchange Online, Proton Mail or any other chosen supplier.

Purpose and conditions
Can the hosting be bought without administration?
No. We offer hosting exclusively for projects administered by SIDECUBE to maintain configuration control and unitary technical responsibility.
Is there a cPanel panel available for the customer?
We do not offer cPanel or similar server management panel. Editing content remains available via the website platform and agreed roles.
Does hosting include e-mail?
We don't offer hosting for email. Subscription is purchased separately from Google Workspace, Microsoft Exchange Online, Proton Mail or another chosen supplier. The DNS configuration shall be coordinated with hosting the website.

How can an existing project be taken over?
We evaluate the platform, data and integration, then clarify compatibility, remedies and migration to SIDECUBE infrastructure. An initial audit can be delivered prior to the takeover decision; the full recurrent administration is done in our environment.
What information is needed for the estimation?
Platform and services used, data volume, important operations and known problems. We determine the works, access and responsibilities prior to intervention; passwords are not sent via public forms.
