Careful taking from inventory to activation
Moving to SIDECUBE prepares the complete administration of the website. We evaluate the platform and the dependencies, establish the configuration and agree to transfer before changing public access.
- Assessment and compatibilityWe inventory files, data, extensions and integrations. The necessary remedies are explained prior to the acceptance of the project.
- URLs and indexationWe keep the URLs where possible and prepare redirection for the necessary changes. We're checking the important pages and the sytemaph.

- E-mail to a separate supplierSIDECUBE does not provide hosting for email. The service is purchased separately from Google Workspace, Microsoft Exchange Online, Proton Mail or another chosen supplier; we coordinate DNS records on the migration of the website.

How do you protect URLs and organic traffic?
We inventory and keep URLs where possible, prepare the necessary redirections and check the pages and sitemaph. We follow indexation and traffic without guaranteeing the absence of any fluctuation.
Does the migration of the website automatically move the email?
No. SIDECUBE does not provide hosting for email. The service stays with the selected supplier or is purchased separately from Google Workspace, Microsoft Exchange Online, Proton Mail or another provider. We inventory DNS records to keep the email operation from moving the website.

We evaluate the platform, data and integration, then clarify compatibility, remedies and migration to SIDECUBE infrastructure. An initial audit can be delivered prior to the takeover decision; the full recurrent administration is done in our environment.

Platform and services used, data volume, important operations and known problems. We determine the works, access and responsibilities prior to intervention; passwords are not sent via public forms.
