A good audit separates real issues from noise
An audit shall not be a long PDF that remains unread. We treat it as a decision-making step: we check data, experience, technology, content and risks, then we deliver a clear list of priorities.
- Commercial and technical in the same placeWe're not just checking the code or the design. We link the message, offer, conversion, speed, SEO, security and operation.
- Priorities, not just observationsFor each problem identified, we explain the impact, risks, remedial effort and recommended steps. So the team knows what they have to solve and in what order.
- Suitable before redesignThe audit is useful when you want to reconstruct the site, migrate the platform, scale the ecommerce or add AI without hasty decisions.
- It can remain independentThe audit can be delivered separately as a working document for the team that will implement the recommendations.
Choice
Which audit to start with
The choice depends on the main bottleneck: sales, traffic, performance, security, operations or clarity of the offer.
Website audit
Best suited when: the site exists, but it doesn't explain the offer well, it doesn't generate lead, or it seems hard to upgrade.
Keep in mind: If there is no traffic or conversion data, we start with a qualitative analysis and tracking recommendations.
Ecommerce audit
Best suited when: the store has traffic, but conversion, checkout, speed, filtering or administration creates losses.
Keep in mind: some issues relate to supply, margin or logistics, not just the platform.
SEO and GEO audit
Best suited when: you want to understand indexation, content, architecture, intentions and chances of visibility in AI search.
Keep in mind: a SEO audit without implementation and better content has limited impact.
Technical and security audit
Best suited when: the site or app is slow, vulnerable, difficult to maintain or risk for data and operation.
Keep in mind: Sometimes the correct conclusion is recovery or migration, not repeated small repairs.
Quality signals
What should be left after the audit
In the end you must know what is worth doing, in what order, what can be expected and what risk there is if you do not intervene.
- List of problems with concrete examples, not general wording.
- Prioritisation by business impact, technical effort, risk and urgency.
- Recommendations for implementation, budget and work orders.
- Clarification between quick wins, medium projects and structural changes.
- Roadmap that can be turned into an offer, sprint or internal plan.
Results
What has to change after the project
The value of a project is seen in clearer processes, more useful pages, better data and an easier platform to manage.
- Priority issuesWe separate critical bottlenecks from secondary improvements, based on the effect on use, security and trade objectives.
- Clear actionsEach important finding receives a concrete recommendation, explaining the problem and the outcome pursued.
- Reduced riskWe are checking the dependencies and effects of the proposed changes to avoid interventions that move the problem elsewhere.
- Realistic roadmapWe are ordering work in stages that take into account the impact, effort, dependency and resources available.
Process
A predictable route with clear decisions
The process remains simple: we understand the context, we create the solution, we build on modules and we launch with clear checks.

Frequently Asked Questions
Before we begin the project
Choice, stages and support for Audit.
01 / Choice
What's useful to know
Does the audit oblige the client to then work with SIDECUBE?
No. The audit can be delivered separately and the implementation can stay with us, the client's team or any other supplier.
How long does an audit take?
It depends on scope and access. A focused audit may take a few days; a complex audit can be divided into stages.
Does the audit include prices for implementation?
It may include indicative estimates and recommended steps. The implementation offer shall be established after clarification of the deliverables, access and limits of intervention.
02 / Planning
Purpose, budget and stages
What can the project include?
For Audit, starting points are: Audit website; Audit ecommerce; Audit SEO and GEO; Audit security and performance. In the offer we specify deliverables, limits and responsibilities; the list adapts to your situation.
How do we set the budget and the timetable?
We estimate the number of pages or workflows, the depth of checks and the access available. A focused audit can be separate from a broader analysis; fixes and retesting are clearly specified in the proposal.
03 / Continuity
Verification and support
What should a useful report contain?
The report links each finding to the verified page or flow, impact and recommendation. We mark what has been tested, what cannot be confirmed and what has priority, so that the result can guide implementation.
Who can implement the recommendations?
You can use the report with your team or with another supplier. If we take over the repair, we determine the interventions and subsequent checks separately; the audit does not oblige you to subscribe or develop with us.
