What are cookies?
Cookies are small files saved in the browser to retain information about session, preferences, security or how a site is used.
What types of cookies we can use
- Cookies strictly necessary for the functioning of the site, security, loading of pages and protection of forms.
- Preference cookies, when you choose settings that you want us to remember.
- Analytical cookies, only if measuring instruments are activated and there is consent when requested.
- Marketing or remarketing cookies, only when campaigns are enabled and valid consent has been given.
Current status of the site
The SIDECUBE website is built static-first. The site can function without non-essential cookies.
When you submit the contact form, we use sidecube_brief, a strictly necessary session cookie that protects the request. It is limited to the form, does not track browsing and expires when the browser session closes.
For measurement and campaigns, the site is prepared with a consent banner and Google Consent Mode v2 Basic. Google Analytics and Google Ads are only loaded by consent if tracking IDs are configured in the production environment.
Instruments capable of being activated
- Google Analytics 4, to measure traffic, page visits and enquiries.
- Google Ads, for measuring conversions and optimizing paid campaigns.
- Other tools, such as Meta Pixel, chat or CRM, only if they are explicitly added and displayed in this policy.
Consent and preferences
Cookies that are not strictly necessary should be used only on the basis of consent, where the law requires it. Consent must be free, specific, informed and easily retracted.
You can accept all cookies, reject them or save separate analytics and marketing preferences. You can change your choice later using the cookie settings link in the footer.
How can you control cookies
You can block, delete or limit the cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some site functions may no longer function properly.
Retention period
Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies may stay until their expiry or until you delete them. Accurate durations should be listed here if non-essential instruments are activated.
